The design emphasizes accessibility, with features such as a handicap-friendly unit equipped with wider doors and a specialized bathroom, alongside corridors that are at least 1.8 meters wide. Kitchens are designed as open layouts but can easily be renovated into closed spaces, while spacious yards provide flexibility for laundry or conversion into wet kitchens. The ground floor serves as the community's hub, featuring a childcare center for working parents, a kopitiam for social gatherings, and essential services like a healthcare lab, pharmacy, grocery store, and test lab. For seniors, a dedicated level offers a day care center providing professional care services during the day, fostering peace of mind for families.

The podium rooftop is a highlight of the development, offering premium facilities such as a swimming pool, gym, and lounge, creating spaces for relaxation and recreation with scenic views.
